Late night print session! Mini edition of 5 B/W and 5 monoprints of my woodcut done with chine-collé! I like the coloured versions much better than the black and white ones. Woohoo! AND I freaking love how the patterns show through the ink in the shadowed section.

So I decided to make a few personalized Valentine’s Day cards for my Lifties. Also one of their birthdays are this Sunday so I think this little monotype monoprint of her favourite things will be a special treat for her! :) …I just realized I put the wrong year. Still in 2012 mode! XD

Fresh out of the kiln! My doggy is done! After getting him out of the bisque kiln, I added a red terra sigillata in 3 layers with burnishing in between. Finally I had him fired to cone 5 overnight. Now he is done and ready to face the world!
